Thank HN: 10 years and $15M ARR later: Thank you

Oh my goodness—it's been exactly 10 years since the Hacker News post that started it all!! https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8474744When I replied to the comments on that post ten long years ago, I had no idea this would turn into a real company. We were totally winging it.Beefree (beefree.io) was originally intended to be a growth marketing experiment, designed to generate leads for the Italy-based email marketing platform it spun out of—MailUp. The experiment did not work, but the feedback we received certainly did.You helped us realize there was something there and gave us a confidence boost: "This is freaking amazing. Just freaking brilliant."You told us what to invest on: "Any chance of Beefree being embeddable, either as a service or open source?"You pointed out the areas we needed to improve: "Great! But the test email I sent was completely broken in Android’s Gmail app" Ouch! You also pointed out that there are always bumps on the road: "BeeFree is a well-known Win9x malware"That one still cracks me up—there's always a dark side to something, right? LOL.It's been an incredible journey. It feels like yesterday that the Beefree project got started, and now we have over 100 people on the team, thousands of customers, millions of users, and we just passed $15m in annual recurring revenue. Pretty wild! While we've figured some things out, there's still a mountain of things we need to get better at. I guess that's how this whole company-building thing works for everyone. We're deeply grateful to all the amazing people who've been with us along the way—team members, customers, partners, investors, and of course, the family members who put up with the long hours, then and now!A special thanks to the Hacker News community for giving us that first wave of honest feedback and pushing us in the right direction. From all of us at Beefree—thank you, and here's to the next 10 years!

> It's been an incredible journey...

The standard form is to write "It's been a wild ride, but all journeys come to an end." when you get acquired.

Congrats! As a fellow entrepreneur, I know how tough but rewarding these years are.

PS: Are you in Italy?
